Cancellation & Refund Policy

• You may cancel your booking 24 hours or more before the scheduled tour departure and receive a 100% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour departure are non-refundable.

• If we cancel the tour due to operational reasons or because the minimum number of participants is not met, you will receive a full refund, or you may choose to reschedule your tour, subject to availability.

• This policy applies to all bookings unless otherwise stated in the tour details.
